Please review the following policies regarding instructional services, digital resources, scheduling, and communication.
Instructional sessions are scheduled based on availability and may be rescheduled when necessary.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Payment is required prior to scheduled instructional sessions or digital resource delivery.
Due to the nature of digital educational materials, refunds are generally not provided after delivery.
PsychInstructor provides educational instruction and academic support only and does not provide clinical or mental health services.
Students are expected to use instructional support ethically and in accordance with academic policies.
Responses to scheduling requests and inquiries may take up to 1–2 business days.
Educational resources are intended for personal instructional or academic use and may not be redistributed.
PsychInstructor is committed to providing clear expectations before enrollment, tutoring, or program access begins. Because instructional time, scheduling, preparation, and digital course access require planning, refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.
Course Pausing: For one-on-one AP Psychology A or B courses, families may request a course pause in writing if a student needs to temporarily stop instruction.
Completed weeks of instruction are non-refundable. If a student pauses the course, any unused weeks will be held as course credit and applied toward completion of the same AP Psychology section at a later date.
Course credit must be used within 6 months of the pause date unless otherwise approved in writing. Resuming instruction is subject to instructor availability, and the original meeting day or time cannot be guaranteed.
Course pauses do not provide cash refunds. If the student does not resume instruction within the credit period, unused course credit will be forfeited.
Tutoring and AP Exam Prep: Tutoring sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Missed sessions, cancellations less than 24 hrs. before session, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Self-Paced Course Access: Because self-paced materials provide digital course access, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
